1. Send e-mail to service@dianasilk.com and Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
2,we will let you take a photo to confirm as our original and then give you address to return.
3,write your order number and name on paper and put it in return package .
4. Drop off your package at the local post office.(not suggest use express expensive shipping,) Send us the return tracking number.(we not offer return label,you need pay return shipping fee)
5. Once we receive your package, we will process an exchange or refund to your .

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within2-4 business days after the order date. Please allow some extra time for order processing during busier times of the year or during sale events.
We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.
